Ingredients:
- 8 oz. maitake mushroom, broken or chopped into bite sized pieces (about 1 inch square)
- 4 - 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. coarse ground black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Gently combine all ingredients in a bowl to coat well.
- Place on an aluminum -foil-lined sheet pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or so, until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator in a sturdy container lined with paper towels to absorb extra oil.
Sprinkle on top of soup or salads, or just snack on them.
