Ingredients:
- 8 oz. baby shiitake mushrooms, whole (large ones can be cut in half)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- ¼ tsp. onion powder
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Preheat sheet pan in oven for 5 minutes.
- Pour shiitakes onto sheet pan and roast for 17-20 minutes, until lightly caramelized.
Serve over rice with steamed edamame or grilled chicken.
