Ingredients:
- 2 oz. sea beans, chopped into ¼-inch pieces
- 8 oz. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. pickle juice or cider vinegar
- ½ medium shallot, finely minced
- 1Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp. white or black pepper
- ½ tsp. paprika
Combine all ingredients and chill for at least an hour.
